WebringAmerica free forum hosting does not allow content on hosted forums that violates United States law. We also do not allow forums that discuss, host or link to:
Pornography, pornographic images or discussion of pornography
Warez, Nulled or copyrighted software belonging to others
Hacking discussion, tools, links or files
Spam forums (forums designed to make the administrator money or to sell a product)
Copyrighted files, such as mp3, music or video files
Illegal drug discussion or links
Illegal discussion or activity, such as forums that discuss identity theft, how to commit crimes, etc
Service Availability and Forum Deletion Policy:
The Free Forum Service does not have any warranty of uptime or availability, and may go down at any time for any reason. In addition, your forum or account on the service may be deleted or locked at any time for any reason, with or without any prior warning or explanation.
Terms of Service Enforcement:
We have many tools in place to enforce these Terms of Service, including but not limited to:
Weekly checks of all hosted forums for forbidden content
Automated keyword search for banned or forbidden topics
Forum Report System
Database and Server logging of all forum activity
SuperAdmin Tool (Allows us to create a new admin account on your forums)
If you plan on breaking these Terms of Service, then your forums WILL be deleted. We have a zero tolerance policy for forums hosting illegal or forbidden content.
Data Logging
and Email Address Usage:
WebringAmerica uses both server and database logging to track service usage and find Terms of Service violators. By using our services you give us consent to log the actions of you and your users associated with the usage of your free forums. With every visit to our servers, we log your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address. It is possible, though very unlikely, that you could personally be identified through your computer's IP address. Most major websites log your IP address.
WebringAmerica will never sell or give away your personally identifiable information, such as your email address or IP address, so long as your forum is not in violation of these Terms of Service. Forums that violate United States law may have their database information, including email address, IP addresses and forum posts turned over to the appropriate law enforcement agency, at our discretion.
On occasion, WebringAmerica may email you about service outages or updates. We will never send you commercial emails. By signing up for or using our services you agree that we may email you regarding service outages or updates.
By signing up for a free forum, or by using our service, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
